Final Test
Hello good people, today I final practiced in the kitchen and as usual i will tell you about my activities in kitchen today, because today is the final practiced so i handle two menus that are salad nicoise and thai chicken salad and the otherr menus of appetizer are pan seared scallops and rujak buah and great for sharing which is also handle by appetizer team.
Thai
Chicken Salad is also known as Thai Salad from Thailand, whose main ingredients
are chicken, cucumber and tomatoes, the chicken used in Thai Chicken Salad is
the first I marinate chicken brast with lemon, sesame oil, fish sauce, salt and
pepper, then I saousvide with a temperature 60 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes
and served with oriental vinegrette.
Nicoise
salad or also known as Salatta Nissard comes from France in the city of Nice. A
traditionally made from baby potato, tomato, hard boiled egg, green peas, green
bean, nicoise olive, tuna and anchovi. After all presenting and explain, we
started to open restaurants and make food according to the order from the
restaurant.
