Daily Activity (English Version)
Hello good people, as
usual I will share my activities during my practiced in kitchen today. Today I'm late because the
water in the dorm doesn't flow but it's not an obstacle for me not to go to
campus, at campus we one line to discussed what we will make today even though we already
know and continue the preparation we made it before but still we were one line
to hear the direction from seniors and lecturers.
Today I handle prawn
mauniere, after finished one line and also the other friends preparied what we
will do for later open restaurant and also arranging what parts or our work so
as not to be too confused what we will do, hours 12.00 we started to open the
restaurant every time someone ordered food I took the shrimp dai frezzer and
deep fry shrimp because this is an a la carte menu so food is made after order.
After everything was
finished and food are sold out we began to prepared for anak bangsa for us, after
that we started cleaning the area and general cleaning. Today I restarted
because I was late to arrived so when I was general cleaning I washed all the
tools in the sink because this was a consequence of students arriving late when
practicing in the kitchen. after that we returned to each other's homes.
