Mid semester (English version)
Hello good people, in
my blog I will write the same as my previous blog, my daily activity when I practiced
in the kitchen, today I mid practiced and my group (group 1) is given the
responsibility to made Oriental Buffet, before we were one line i and my group
mates divided into a few more small groups to make appetizers, soups, main
courses and also dessert including 2 people to made an appetizer, 2 soups, 2
people to made main course and 2 people for dessert.
I was given the responsibility
to made dessert with Milna, because
dessert today there are two kinds of one person one dessert that we made, I was
made khao neow ma muany (mango sticky rice). khao neow ma muang is a dessert
dish whose main ingredient is glutinous rice and mango, glutinous rice is
cooked using coconut milk and then is plating with mango on top as well as
garnish and serve with sauce (fla).
We always coordinate
with each other so that there will be no miss communication between us, so that
we product were good. Today the food must be finished before 1.00 o'clock and
then open restaurant, starts from preparing until the plating we start cleaning
our area and general cleaning.
