Daily Activity (English Version)

Today we entered in the kitchen and directly to prepared and doing for menu today, menu today is Oriental Buffet. My group got main course again and today we must made are gait od takrai and chicken Teriyaki, and today I handle chicken teriyaki and helped my friend to fried gai tod takrai.

I marinate chicken after that I roasted chicken and next I grill to got color for chicken teriyaki. Chicken Teriyaki is a food from Japanese which is heated and grilled coated with soy sauce and sake/mirin/sugar.

After that I helped my group mates to made gai tod takrai, I helped fried gai tod takrai. Gai tod takrai is food from Thailand. After dish are finished and restaurant is open we general cleaning and go home.
