We continue processed
what we prepared yesterday, today I made spices for plecing sayur and grilled
ayam bakar Taliwang. Today all dish must finished at 12.00 and start for
plating at 11.00 so we served food at restaurant at 01.00. we did according to
our responsibilities.
Because today we have
dish, Rendang so we already cooked it yesterday and aatoday we just heated. Rending
is food rich in spices. Besides meat we use coconut milk to made Rendang and and
a mixture of some special spices.
After all food is finished
we start to clean our area. And also clean all section of kitchen or general cleaning.
Before we explained our dish in the office about ingredients, how to make,
terminology etc. after we finished to general cleaning we one line and go home.
