As usual I will tell or explain what I do in the kitchen, usually I came before 08.00 because at that time the lecture has started or we have one line in front of the kitchen, today we are not in charge by senior because senior busy making food for poltekpar guests so today we go straight in the cool kitchen one line and in charge by Chef Dino, Chef Dino went in to explain a little about Thailand Food because today we cook Thailand food.

We've made this dish before, so we were not too today confused. Me with my group made Thai Beef Salad, so after being divided about whoever group which got our appetizer, soup, main course, and dessert and doing. We think we just prepared today as usual but today is different, we prepare and also doing but today we are not open restaurant.

So I prepared all vegetable Thai Beef Salad while the beef was prepared by Gabriel and Ardi, after I cut vegetables I made dressing with Ainul, after all our cooking finished we general cleaning, after which we ate the foodwe made because today we did not open the restaurant, after eating and cleaning the equipment we used was our one line again to go home, today we are one line and closed by Mr. Ical, after that we go back to our home.
