Daily Activity (English version)

Different then usually today I practiced just once for this week because schedule this week is mid practiced so we devided became some groups. my group is the second group and practice on Wednesday and when Monday and Tuesday I just became supporting to the other group. taday I got rotation 1.3, before me and my group mate selected the menu will be handle by us. so me and Agus selected to handle plecing kankung and sambal matah.

The food what I will to made are plecing kangkung and sambal matah. one day before  me and Agus have prepared all the ingredients we needed to made the food so today we cutting and processing the food. today we helped by group two for doing. so, the first I took all the ingredients have prepared yesterday to cutting such as water spinach, green beans etc. after that I made sauce for plecing kangkung and also helped by Aulia to slice ingredients such as shallot, leek etc to made Sambal Matah.


All food have done at 12 o'clock but we still waited plate from restaurant to plating the food. open restaurant about at 2 pm so we still have chance to checked the food. today we also helped by Chef Dino when plating, he gave us example awesome plating. restaurant closed at 3 pm. today we did not break because after we were doing and open restaurant we general cleaning. as usually when I practiced I feel tired but happy because mid practiced have done.
