Today is the first day of my first week i enter in the kitchen. the first before I go to campus I prepare the grooming and personal utensil that will be taken to campus to enter the kitchen, take a shower and get ready to campus. at 7:20 am I went to campus and directly to the front of the kitchen while waiting for time to one line. before i entering the kitchen inspected each grooming then enter and one line back to receive material from Pak Syahrial and know what will to do from senior.
After the lecturer / Pak Syahrial enters our class to provide the material and motivation to keep developing and learn more about what is related to kitchen and tell about what we have to made for today. and today we make soft roll and croissant, before doing we divided into several groups and then work according to the recipi given by the lecturer. Our first all group scalling all the ingredients needed to make a soft roll. soft roll we made before the break.
After the break we were divided into five (5) groups and my group got recipi croissant, this croissant we prepare for breaakfast menu for the next day. first, I scall the ingredients needed to make a croisssant and make it us alternately mix and mould a croissant and it takes us a while to make it. after croissants are made we keep the croissants in chiller for bake tomorrow. before we go home we all cleaning the kitchen and one line again to back to home.
