Daily Activity (English Version)
On this chance I will share my activities today, today I went to the kitchen where I practice, on this day me and the other classmates got a chance to made Indonesian Breakfast. I leave from the dormitory to the campus at 6:50 am. Once in the kitchen after we all finished, we one line to absent and entered into the kitchen to save bags and goods each, before we made the menu given, me and the other one line again for the division of what we make the appropriate menu with groups.
After all was done
divided by the group menu we were doing, my group got a chance to make fried
rice, me and my group mates took the ingredients that were stored in Chiller
which had been prepared one day before. after all ready we started to made fried
rice and pak Syahrial help us to make fried rice. after that we plating fried
rice for preparation later open restaurant. after all finished in plating, i
helped another group to make other food, i helped the group prepare the fruit
slices
Before the food goes out to the restaurant we check again if
all the food is ready to serve. after that at 10.00 am, the restaurant opened
and food out. today our open resto runs smoothly. when open resto is finished then we all rest, I rest for an hour. after
that we returned to the kitchen and review again by our supervisor, before
returning me and other friends as usual cleaning kitchen area along with
senior, after all finished and all area kitchen are dry and clean, we go back
to residence respectively.

ingredients:
90 ml vegetable oil
70 gr shallots
50 g garlic
2 red chilies
2 bird's eye chilies
100 gr cabbage
1 tbsp spiced tomato sauce
150 gr prawn
2 tbsp salty soy sauce
2 pcs egg
600 gr steamed rice
25 gr chinese celery leaves
50 gr leek
50 gr onion
50 gr spinach
a pinch salt
2 tbsp fried shallots
