Daily Activity (english version) #8

this is my last bog this week, because next week i'm not practice, so once again i say don't get bored reading my blog, so today i went from the dorm to the campus as usuaally early morning, at 08.00 me and my classmates one line to entered the kitchen and started the activity today, before we entered to the kitchen we checked personal utensil and grroming by supervisor. and we one line in the kitchen because today we are doing very fast, just to receive direction from supervisor and doing

Today i made / cooked what i prepared yesterday which i have explained in my previous blog, because i got corses "main course" so it took quite a long time to cooked, before i took all the preparations stored in chiller and process it. the preparations thait yesterday just processed, the vegetables are blanch like cabbage and others and made sauce for plecing kangkung and 30 minuts before open restaaurant sauce and vegetable we mixed. 

At 12.00 we opened restaurant and started to out of food in the restaurant, we have food about 30 plats because today table d'hote. after all the ifood out and closed the restaurant. we rest about one hour at 02.30 pm. after the rest as usually we genaeral cleaning with supervisor, until the all area are dry. before we went to home we rest as usually again i was enaugh tired, but not problem for get a knowledg, about a few minuts at 06.00 pm we one line again to went to home

today i will share about sambal matah:

ingredients:

100 gr shallots, peeled, cut into halves and finally chopped

100 gr lemongrass, bruised, finally sliced and chopped

30 gr bird's eye chililes finally slices

2  kafir lime leaves, finally chopped

1/2 tsp cake rosasted

2 tbsp lime juice

4 tbsp coconut oil

tp taste salt and pepper
