Daily Activity (english version) #6

Today i will write my blog again about my daily activity as usually if i practiced in the kitchen, so today i practiced the rotation 1 menu because continued from the preparation yesterday, i have written about what i prepared on my previous blog post. today iwill share about processing what i have prepared. so, first, me and my group take our prepare in the chiller.

The menu that I would have to cooked was  an appetizer type, "chicken salad hawaian". Before we processed or doing, as usually.  we received the material from the lecturer Mr. Syahrial, after we understand about what we will do we made the food with used the recipi, because the preparations  already we made,I helped the other group made hard roll, for the hawaian chicken salad as well.

My class open restaurant at 12.00 for lunch. So, the food must be ready at 11.30 am, me with the other classmates worked in accordance with the section or type of food we made, after all the food are finished, food out to the restaurant, after we were open resto I break for a while, before we entered in the kitchen again to helped group two prepared the menu for tomorrow, and after all we're finished, me and my classmates genaral cleaning. After kitchen is clean and all area are dry, we one line again to went to home.

ingredients:
538 gr meat chicken
340 gr pineapple can
226 gr cream cheese
10 gr stalk celery 
40 gr onion
as needed pepper
as needed salt
1 loaf french bread
asa needed pecans
