Daily Activity (English Version)


The third day of this week I practiced in kitchen I still handled rujak buah, rujak buah is an appetizer made from fresh fruits cut as desired and also eaten there with rujak spices made from peanuts, brown sugar, tamarind, shrimp paste, cayenne pepper and also a little salt is easy enough to made it possible most people can already make it and also this food is very popular in Indonesian.

Today my group friend is absen so me and my other friends have to handle pan seared scallops that were handled by him yesterday, and helped my friend who handles great for sharing because rujak buah what I handled ready to so I just waited the order from restaurant and plating so I helped friends who needed help.

After we open the restaurant, we cleaned each work area and start  general cleaning from table working and also helped my friends who made anak bangsa for us to eat by ourselves after that we cleaned the whole kitchen after everything was finished and the kitchen floor was dry we are ready to go home after we have been waiting for our one line to go home to each other, hopefully what we get today will benefit for the future of all of us.
