Hello good people, back
again I will tell you about my activities while practiced in today kitchen as I
wrote on my blog before this week I had the opportunity to made a product from
cold kitchen so I handle rujak buah, I prepared yesterday so today remaining
plating if there are guests who order and also mix it with rujak spices. First
before I was doing I and my group friends took a preparation that we saved in
the chiller we did what we could do before one line.
We are one line to hear
explanation from Pak Ical and also senior incharge today we practiced a la carte 1 so
the menu available on a la carte 1 especially in cold kitchen are rujak buah,
thai chicken salad, pan seared scallop and salad nisoise we handle each of the
appetizers that we made but also helped each other, we also prepared two people
to handle the sauce and vegetable needed by main kitchen like hallandaise
sauce, bechamel sauce and also cutting vegetables for vegatable tagliatelle.
We opened the
restaurant about 12.00 after all the food was finished in accordance with what
was ordered by the guests in restaurant and my friend started cleaned our area
and also prepared for the preparation for tomorrow because this is an a la
carte menu so we have to prepare every day with the same menu. after all
finished preparied and anak bangsa were finished, we started general cleaning.
