Daily Activity (English Version)


Good people, this time I will share my activities while practiced in  kitchen as usual on my blog before today I got the chance in dessert group and made a red velvet roll, because yesterday I prepared or made a sponge from the red velvet roll so today I just made red velvet garnish, red velvet it is made of basic sponge which is colored red

I also did not forget to helped my group mates who made Katiri Mandi because today there are three dessert, that’s are red velvet,Katiri Mandi and cream brulee, we divided into small groups to handle the dessert but we also helped each other. Katiri Mandi is made of rice flour which is formed round and in blanch.

After all was finished to plating and presenting, we went into the office to explain in front of lecturer, which we explained was ingredients, how to make and also the terminology of the food. After that we are ready for the open restaurant, we open at 12:15 we make food according to the ordered after all the food sold out starts cleaned the area and general cleaning.
