Daily Activity (English Version)


Hello good people, the first day of practicee today I arrived quite late around 7 a few minutes past, because in the kitchen we had to come quickly to prepared all the ingredients we needed and there were still a lot we did in the morning so we had to come quickly and also train us to keep on time if we are already in the industry, for example we are used to hotels to come quickly because we have done it often before.

Because this week is the last week we practice in the kitchen before the semester final so today we have to be better than the previous weeks, must be more perfect and learn the mistakes from the previous week what should be improved from made foo in the menu.

This time I got the opportunity to made a red velvet roll with Yandi and we just prepared it today so I just made a sponge from the red velvet roll and  tomorrow we made filling and garnish for red velvet today I prepared three roll sponges. After that we cleaned the area and start cleaning the tools we used, because we work in the pastry so our work area must be cleaner than other areas because the ingredients in the pastry are susceptible to bacteria.
