Daily Activity (English Version)


First day we practiced in kitchen this week, I came at 7:20 which as usual if  practice week will come sooner than usual, we came and one line to check the tools then we go into kitchen to hear the explanation from senior and Pak Ical about a la carte 1, because we have made a la carte 1 in the previous few weeks so we know a little about what we will do and what methods we use to turn this a la carte menu, today we only prepared ingredients that will we use for tomorrow.

After we finished one line we were divided into several teams along with the menu that we will handle and i handle appetizer and my group mates. The appetizer on the a la carte menu is salad nicoise, thai chicken salad, fruit salad, pan seared scallops, but not only the salads we have we also offer great for sharing, margharita pizza, rouben sandwich, monte cristo sandwich, and also onion rings Namu bread from sandwiches and dough pizza is made by the pastry and bakery team.

Today we have to finish before 4:00 so we work quickly but keep it neat in accordance with work procedures, after we work we cleaned all areas and general cleaning, I am genaral cleaning on table working and stove, after we finished general cleaning we started eating food made by my friends "Anak Bangsa".
