Daily Activity (English version)

Hello guysssss, the first thing you think about when you opened my blog of course about kitchen, the post is because I am from the culinary arts study program, my blog is what is concerned with kitchen, about food, ingredients, utensils and equipment. so for those of you who want to know about the kitchen please open my blog hehehehe. OK, today, I started to tell about my activities while in the kitchen, as usual, I arrived early in the morning to prepare all the ingredients needed.

I am a butcher group, so I prepared everything needed by the group that handles the main course and appetizer, I prepared mussels, scallops and other ingredients, after all I prepared to put it back in freezer and in chiller . like mussels, I put them in freezer because they cannot last long if they are stored at the chiller .

 I also helped the Apppetzier group to make great for sharing, with Arya and Fisal I helped make rouben sandwiches and onion rings after we finished plating, for the next we explain at Office and at the restaurant, I explained how to make rouben sandwiches .Then I cleaned my area .
