Daily Activity (english version)

Hello good people, today I worked in the kitchen as a butcher, this is my first time in butcher section, me and my other group mates waiting for other orders from main kitchen and cold kitchen.

After I received the order from the cold kitchen section and main kitchen, I took the ingredients in the freezer. And towing the ingredients, today I peeled the shrimp and also packing into plastic roll for a la carte menu tomorrow, today there are still ingredients that have not been prepared, that are salmon, scallops and mussels.

After everything we prepared today was finished we started cleaned our area then general cleaning, our general cleaning was in accordance with our section, today was quite tired because today the first day we entered the practice in the kitchen but we were still enthusiastic to continue the practice tomorrow and a few days in the future, after the floor is dry and all of the sections are ready we go home with useful knowledge.
