Daily Activities (english version)

Hello, I'm not tired of writing  my blog about my activities when I in the kitchen, maybe some people ask me what I do in the kitchen, of course I made  food from raw materials into foods that were ready to be served. We here worked as a team so whatever we did must be communicated with other groups.

I am a butcher group, which is i responsible for handled all ingredients related to meat. Today I arrived early to towing all the materials needed to be processed by other groups such as main kitchen or cold kitchen.

Most materials that came were finished materials. So I helped cold kitchen group to cutting vegetable and made hollandaise sauce, after that we open restaurant and cleaned our area and general cleaning and then we go home.
