Daily Activity (English version)

Welcome back today I will tell my activities for today in the kitchen. Today I came to the kitchen at 7:12 a.m. I went into the kitchen to checked all preparations that I and my group had prepared yesterday, because today Darma In charge in the first semester, so today me and Dina made dessert. I made doko-doko cangkuning and Dina made Bubuh Injin.

Roko-roko cangkuning which is a traditional cake from Bugis-Makassar. Bugis people usually call it doko-doko cangkuning, while Makassar people call it roko-roko cangkuning. This cake is identical to a conical banana leaf.

Because it is wrapped in banana leaves, so it is called doko-doko cangkuning. After everything was done, we started serving on the plate and took it to the restaurant to opened the restaurant, because today was the last day of practice this week so we didn't prepared .
