Daily Activity (English version)

My activities today in the kitchen were very many, stareted from one line until general cleaning. Before prepared because today we’re only preparing for tomorrow. Today my group and i made dessert, dessert today is pisang Ijo and cucuru bayao, today I and Darma handle Cucuru Bayao, made cucuru bayao quite.

Because today I made desssert, Cucuru Bayao and Pisang Ijo, so I will explain a little about the dessert. Cucuru bayao is a typical cake that tastes very sweet, Cucuru bayao is made from eggs, sugar and walnuts. Mix all ingredients until well after that mould cucuru bayao and steam.

And the other dessert is pisang ijo, pisang ijo was food from South Sulawesi, especially in the city of Makassar. This food is made from the main ingredient of bananas wrapped in green flour mixture. The dough is made from flour, water, and green coloring made from a mixture of water with suji or pandan leaves. after everything is finished started from appetizer to dessert, were general cleaning.
