Daily Activity (English Version)
Today’s
menu is Indonesian Buffet. First we divided to be group, next we divided again
who group made appetizer, soup, main course and dessert. After that my group
got main course and main course menu today are rice, terong santan, ayam bakar
Taliwang and rending.

I
made plecing sayur but today we just prepared so not too much we did, after I finished
to prepared plecing sayur I helped made my group mate to prepared spices of
ayam bakar taliwang. Ayam bakar taliwang is food from Taliwang, Sumbawa Barat
and main ingredient is chicken.

If
we doing in kitchen we must fast but neat and clean, and we also hygiene. We given
until 03.00 to prepared all dish today anda general cleaning. We as cook we
must use heart to doing and make food and all about food.
