Daily Activity (English Version)


The second day I practiced at Gammara Hotel came faster than yesterday, because today I will prepared for lunch because today there are many events so I prepared for the slice fruit are  pineapple, watermelon, melon, papaya, and also prepare to made es campur . I also prepared the ingredients that I  needed to made the chicken salad Hawaian. Chicken Hawaian salad is a salad that main ingredient are pineapple and chicken and is also set up using pineapple as well.




While cutting fruit, I also checked breakfast at the restaurant to refill empty food, I saw the salad bar, the condiment of salad bar are lettuce, cucumber, peppers, black olives, capers, and dressing are thousand island, tar-tar sauce, these two sauces from the mother of sauce of Mayonaise.

I helped made condiment omelet and sauces that’s are sambal dabu-dabu, sambal matah and others. work at the hotel was quite tired but I got a lot of knowledge there that we couldn't get on campus. I can get a lot of experience and a lot of information about kitchen.
