Daily Activity (English Version)
The last day of practiced at Gammara I arrived early, and directly
went to the restaurant to checked breakfast or food needed to be refilled
because as usual I also cut fruit directly for fruit slice and made shanghai ice. Every day in the cold kitchen is
always made fruit slices and salads. Because today there are too many events so
we are quite relaxed for today we just cut the fruit flater and ice shanghai.
I also made melon ice, and also prepared for the Thai
Chicken salad that I prepared the condiment are corn (blanch), chicken,
pineapple and others. After all the worked
on the Cold kitchen finished I rested for lunch at the cafeteria. After break
I went to the cold kitchen again and cut
fruit slice for coffee break afternoon and help made my friends roll Lumpia 280
pcs.

I helped to made
croquettes, Croquettes are the name of a food from Indonesia but taken from France. In the
Netherlands, croquette is a food consisting of ragout coated with egg white and
pan flour and then fried. In Indonesia, usually croquettes are lumps of finely
mashed potatoes containing minced meat that is seasoned and mixed with
vegetables such as carrots or beans. Croquettes are covered with beaten eggs
and pan crumbs before being fried in a lot of cooking oil. We make 100pcs
croquet.
