Daily activity (English version)
Hello guys, this is my first blog after holiday and I will
write my blog on the first day of entered the kitchen, but today I'm not in the
Poltekpar’s kitchen because today I practiced directly in the kitchen. This
morning I arrived early in the morning in Gammara Hotel where I practiced today and for
a week, because before I was with my friends I was divided into several
sections in the kitchen, and my section
was cold kitchen.
First, I entered the cold kitchen and immediately cut the
fruit for the fruit slice for breakfast and also checked the breakfast if there
was someone was needed refill. After that I made mixed ice for lunch and fruit
salad. I and other training who are also in old kitchen made Tartar sauce,
tartar sauce is one of the derivatives of mayonise.the ingredients of sauce are
boiled egg, onion, parsley and also added a little water so as not too thick.
Today I’m tired because today is the first day of practiced
after a long holiday and we also practiced in the hotel so the atmosphere is a
bit different than the practiced at the campus it self but here we learn that
later during training we already know how to work in the hotel. We can also get
more experience and find out something or anything that has not been taught on
campus
