Daily Activity (English Version)

As usual today I practiced and went to campus before 08.00. after I camee in the kitchen I eneterd to cool kitchen because today no senior in charge. So today my group off, so I made product from sea weed.

The process that we do so long because we have to find ways how to eliminate the smell of the sea weed is so stinging. so  seawed we soaked with fresh water then we dry it all day and night we soak again with fresh water overnight and drying so on until sea weed changed into white color. after that we processed become a product, actually many product that we will make but we make one by one because we still hesitate with other product.

Today I helped the appetizer group because last week I have made it so I helped make the dressing and also helped the group made soup, today we are not open restaurant like the previous days this week as lecture said this week there is no open restaurant so the day of food we make today is eaten by ourselves, so we have a chance to taste the food we make ourselves.
