Today's rotation menu that we practiced is Indonesian menu,
this is the menu we like because we are Indonesian people, Indonesian food is one of the richest culinary traditions in
the world, and is full of strong flavors. The richness of its food is a
reflection of the diversity of culture and traditions of the archipelago, which
consists of about 6,000 islands, and occupies an important role in Indonesian
national culture in general. Almost all Indonesian food is rich in spices
derived from spices such as pecan, chilli, galangal, ginger, turmeric, coconut and palm sugar.

Jalangkote as a
typical food from Sulawesi that is Appetizer menu today, Jalangkote is a snack
market is quite complicated in the process of making it because it uses a
rather difficult technique I think, and dessert which is from sulawesi Pisang Ijo,
Pisang Ijo is a kind of processed foods the main ingredients are bananas as the
name implies and the outside is wrapped with flour and how to cook it using
steam method with sauce of fla and has sweet taste.

Every day that's the
activity we do during the kitchen practiced, it's not easy to made a food but
we need to learn and learn to make a better food than what we've made before
and also learn from the mistakes we've made Previously, cooking must also use
heart and also high accuracy and art especially for plating, but the most
important thing is we have to know and understand the recipe about what we will
make.
