Daily Ativity (English Version)

Hallo guys, today is the third day i practiced in the kitchen, as usual i went to campus before 08.00 because at 08.00 we already one line in front if kitchen to checked our grooming and personal utensil by supervisor in charge today. today me and my group are practiced and open open restaurant because yesterday we are prepared.

because today we got rotation 2.1 that is Chinese food, before we took the all ingredients we prepared yesterday, that is spinach and peanut, me and my group blanch spinach we already cut yesterday. like i wrote in my blog yesterday i got appetizer that is Chinese spinach and peanut salad, i also made dressing for that.

I blanch spinach about 11.30 and open restaurant at 14.00 so in the morning i have chance to helped the others group. when we want to open restaurant me and Ainul search reference for plating Chinese spinach and peanut salad. after open restaurant we general cleaning and go home.
