Daily Activity (English Version)

today is the first day my class practiced again after mid semester., we practiced about Chinese  Food that is Rotasi 2.1. today we entered in kitchen at 08.00 as usually and we must came before 08.00. we one line in front of kitchen to checked personal grooming and personal utensil that is become obligation before we entered in kitchen. we one line again in cool kitchen accorded our group to received material by supervisor.


After that we divided and determined what menu we want to made every group. me and my group are group one so today is our chance to doing. After divided and finally my group to made dessert that is Tang Yuan. although there is another group also want to made dessert by finally my group made it. after that we immediately doing. me and Ainul went to  pastry to made it. 


In pastry we mice an place aand scale all ingredients we need, i roast black sasame then mix with sugar and melted butter for filling. After that, me, Ainul and Uzi made the dough for Tang Yuan. we made the dough became three colors that are yellow, green, and red. today we made it until processed blanch Tang Yuan so tomorrow we just plating and made simple syrup for it. before we go home we break about  one hour ang general cleaning.
