Daily Activity (English Version)


Hello guys. my blog is about my daily activity when i practice in the kitchen, so never bored to read my blog yah guys, i will share my experience or menu for today. Today i practiced about menu rotasi 1, such as what i wrote on my blog yesterday, today i cooked shrimp soup and this is the first soup I made.


As usually I always write in my blog. Before we entered in the kitchen our grooming and personal utensil checked by supervisor and then we one lain again in cold kitchen to received material from supervisor. When we were doing I took all of ingredients we were prepare yesterday that’s are shrimp and stock.


Me and my group doing our product. Me made veloute sauce as tickening agent of shrimp bisque, joo made blunch the shrimp and chopped garlic made by Fausia for garlic butter. After all of our product are ready to serve we open restaurant, our product out in the restaurant. After open restaurant is finished and the other group who prepared today is finished too we break and one line again 30 minutes later to general cleaning. And we went to home.
