Daily Activity (english version) #5

Hallo gays, this time I will tell my daily aktivity when i practiced in the kitchen, so this week my class  practice in the kitchen, because we are rolling every week, this week my class schedules is practiced. Today's practice we got the material that is Table D'hote or rotation 1 menu. as usually I went to campus in the morning about at  07.15. So, the first, we one line in front of kitchen and absent by our supervisor, and checked the grooming before entered.

after that, I entered in the kitchen and save my bag in loker and toolbag. Then one line back in the cool kitchen, before we start our practice we are prayed before, then we received the material by the lecture, today lecture incharge is Mr. Syahrial, he gived us very useful material, as I said before, the material presented by Mr. Syahrial about table d'hote, he explains about appettizer, main course and dessert.

before we are break we prepared the menu we will cook tomorrow, and after that, me and my group mates sharing about the menu that made dish, my group got Chicken Salad Hawaian. First, we take all the ingredients needed to prepared, like chicken, onion, and the other.

before we went to home and general cleaning we one line again to received explanation from Mr. Ical about blogs, mini project etc. about 6:00 pm I came home with new knowledge and useful and tired.
