february 6 th 2018 the second day i entered the kitchen and today me and my group got a continental breakfast. previously i went to from the dorm to the campus at 06.20 am. when i got there not a long i went in to the kitchen to practice and receive material from the lecture and from senior. before our practice was told abaout what kind of food or type of menu we would made today and my group got a continental breakfast, a continental breakfast is a simple breakfast menu. after the briefing from our lecture all immediately do according to the given breakfast menu.
at 09:00 i bake croisant and danish that had been prepare one day ago. while waiting for croisant and danish finished in bake, i prepare coffee together with the others. after the coffee is finish and poured to the coffee place to take in the restaurant i also plating croisant and danish with the others. today i also got a chance to table manner at restaurant. about 09:45 am i went to restaurant to eat the product what i make. there i got an american breakfast.
after the table manner is finish at the restaurant i go back to the kitchen and the lecture entered to incharge again and explain about the blog and mini project and how to fill the blog with link that will be filld and mini project will be done at fifth semester. after that we review again by senior, after the all is finished we take our bake out from the kitchen and clean the all area of the kitchen and go home.
